Writing My Story

With a deep inhale, I finally take a moment to contemplate my upbringing in an orphanage for two decades. The faces of the children who didn't make it are always with me,  and before I leave this world, I am determined to share their beauty with you. They deserve to be remembered and heard, just as much as I do. Through my writing, I will tell the story of a young girl who had to endure and develop resilience amidst countless struggles.  It is finally time to tell her story. My story.
