Art Amidst the Pandemic

During the early days of the Covid pandemic, I was working at the hospital when a powerful image came to mind. It seemed to represent the virus that had rapidly spread and taken hold of our world. In that moment, I stood in silence but my mind was screaming, begging for the virus to stop. Inspired by this feeling, I grabbed a brush, canvas, and my colors and began painting. The image that emerged has stayed with me ever since. My greatest hope would be for this piece to hang in hospitals as a reminder of human resilience and the strength of teamwork during difficult times.
